Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Intern to join The Robin’s core team in Milan. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about culture, social media, and storytelling, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury lifestyle space. You’ll support our content, community, and events efforts, and be deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of one of Milan’s most exciting cultural networks.
Please note: This is a 6-month internship (stage) with no possibility of full-time employment. Only candidates genuinely interested in a stage will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media pages (primarily Instagram)
• Plan and schedule posts aligned with The Robin’s visual and brand tone
• Write compelling captions in English and Italian
• Create stories, visuals, and Reels using Canva and mobile editing tools
• Support in real-time social coverage during events and member experiences
• Track performance and provide insights on social engagement
• Collaborate on influencer outreach, gifting, and partnerships
• Support the team with community engagement and communication
• Help maintain our visual identity and content calendar

Who You Are

• A serious and committed candidate looking specifically for a stage
• Strong understanding of Instagram; LinkedIn knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory, spoken and written)
• Proficient in Canva and mobile video editing (Reels/TikTok)
• Creative, with a great eye for aesthetics and tone
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Passionate about art, fashion, events, and digital culture
• Available to work evenings occasionally for live coverage at events
•

• Knowledge of influencer databases or CRM tools
• Photography, video, or basic graphic design skills
