ES Solutions Firm is proud to partner with a Pest Control team whose mission is to deliver friendly, fast, and effective pest control solutions for homeowners to help them care for what matters most. We are looking for a Pest Control Sales Technician who will be the voice and face of our new partnership. As the Pest Control Sales Technician, you will assist in acquiring new customers in our local communities, develop fundamental outreach and sales strategies, and maintain key relationships to ensure a positive brand experience. 

You will support and work alongside the Sales Account Manager and cross-functionally between the Marketing and Customer Service Departments. We believe in developing leadership capabilities within each of our employees.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement sales and outreach programs to ensure market expansion and profitable growth of our pest control campaign.
  • Educate community members on the pest control service portfolio and confidently answer questions with understanding, honesty, and a pure desire to help.
  • Effectively represent the values of our company while teaming up with fellow sales team members and communicating with customers.
  • Master the product knowledge and stay keen on changes or additions to pest control services, pricing, availability for customers, and the sales pipeline.
  • Be a change agent by respectfully challenging the status quo encouraging fellow teammates to overcome challenges and continuously striving to improve personally and professionally.

What you will bring:

  • BA/BS with a background in marketing, business administration, or communications (preferred, not required)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or direct marketing including examples of strong team leadership
  • Unmatched presentation skills, both in-person and virtually 
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
  • Reputation for perseverance, grit, and hard work and an appetite to grow into a management position
