Job Description

Dispatcher For YDG Sliding Doors Location Remote : Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations in a timely manner.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and communicate effectively with both technicians and customers.
Monitor the progress of each job and update customers on the status as needed.
Handle incoming calls from customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician locations.
Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
Be available Monday-Friday 9-5 EST
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a dispatch role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software.
Knowledge of the sliding glass door industry is a plus.
