Description *Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* Robert Half is seeking a Data Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in Excel, data reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, index-match, string parsing), and experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Responsibilities include maintaining and parsing ERP and project planning data, creating weekly/monthly reports, building dashboards, and documenting standard operating procedures. Basic SQL knowledge, strong writing skills, and excellent people skills are essential, along with the ability to manage data quality and support basic project management tasks.
