As a Career Coach , you'll be a cornerstone of the learner experience. You'll guide participants through the program and into the job search and early career stages, equipping them with the tools, mindsets, and durable skills they need to thrive in today's workplace. This role blends coaching, mentorship, curriculum input, and program innovation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You'll also be part of a forward-thinking team that's constantly iterating on how to deliver stronger outcomes for our learners and greater value to our employer partners. If you're a compassionate, strategic coach who's energized by personal transformation and systems-level change, this is the role for you.
