As a Teller at KeyBank, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, delivering exceptional service through efficient account transactions and support. You'll play a key role in uncovering clients’ financial needs and directing them to appropriate banking solutions, contributing to their overall financial wellness.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent client experience by being present and engaged
Accurately perform teller transactions and responsibilities
Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate when necessary
Listen for financial wellness needs and refer clients to Bankers
Assist clients in using financial wellness tools
Participate in daily team huddles and debriefs
Comply with audit, security, and compliance procedures
Balance cash drawer within set guidelines
Stay updated on product offerings, fees, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Uphold professionalism, ethics, and client-first values
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Prior client service experience (required)
Cash handling experience (required)
Basic PC and calculator skills with Windows-based applications (required)
