As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to align client needs with our offerings, drive growth, and deliver exceptional value.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and campaigns are executed effectively.
- Monitor and report on account progress, ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to discuss results, address challenges, and refine strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and budgets within your assigned accounts.
- Proactively identify potential issues or risks affecting account performance and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
